Great value for money. Very well positioned with access to the beach, restaurants and clubs, but also close enough to the Aquapark.
Great service and clean.
On our last day we wanted to explore the city after checkout and had a driver get our bags frim the hotel, pick us up from the Dubai Mall and drive us to the airport. We liked to sleep in late and noise from the cleaning disturbed me.
The bathroom doesn’t have a door to the sink area..

Great pool area
Staff were all fantastic, helpful and made our stay! We got an upgrade to a higher grade room, which was lovely. Beach club was under renovation which we weren’t aware of, which meant we had to pay elsewhere for beach access.
Noisy at night due to the beach clubs but we expected this based on the area (West Beach is known for nightlife) and we got ear plugs from reception..
