The worse experience ever.. I arrived at the hotel at 11:00 am, the check in time was supposed to be at 14:00 and I asked them nicely if they can check me in earlier, the two ladies at front desk asked me sit down and wait because they are cleaning the rooms and we will put you in soon. I went and sat, waiting to be called, a couple people got their rooms and I thought, they will call me soon but after waiting for 1hours and 20 minutes, I went and asked them if my room is ready, they asked me to wait for another 30 minutes. Finally, after about 1 hour and 30 minutes around 15:00 they came and told me that my room is ready, I asked the short girl at front desk that why it took so long, she replied very rudely that the guest checked out late and they had to clean the room. This was the worse hotel I ever got in Dubai.. .

. Its not for family. The location is the for single people who relies on public transport. Also the hotel is management does not do check in on time. They rented our room to the different people while we did not check out as we are traveling multiple states in the UAE. When we went to checkout we found someone else in our room I have the video and pictures with two evidence of what happened. The hotel refused to give us money back even after this incident. . .
