One night booking at NYX HOTEL. We booked the NYX HOTEL for one night with my husband we are Cypriots residents and we are so impressed with the design of this hotel and the service of the staff at the hotel! Good hotel with good location. The hotel located just across the street from seaside, which is wonderful for morning and evening walk. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The room was nice but little small. The breakfast was good and varied enough to accommodate all the teasing. The only thing that I didn’t like is very minor related to housekeeping, as everyday they miss to provide something such as toothbrush, tea, coffee, water…. .

Oil massage at thr Spa. I had an excellent Kretan oil massage ot 70 min at their Spa. Done by the therapist Agiro. Definitely to recommend. Thanks a lot.. .

11€ for 2 bottles of water 500ml. Very nice experience, very good location and the room was very comfortable. The only thing that surprised me was being charged €11 for two small bottles of water in the room, especially since there were no other drinkable options available.. .

NYX Limassol, great staff. Although my stay was short due to a mix up of location (not the hotels fault!) I did complete the planned 7 day stay. However for the one day/night I was at the hotel, I really liked it. The room was great, staff were great and I enjoyed my brief stay.
Now to what made today’s staff stand out. As I said, there was a mix up and I was actually needed in another part of Cyprus so needed to change hotel. The staff advised me of another in their chain that was closer to where I needed to be so did me a huge favour and contacted the other hotel and switched my booking. Absolutely amazing customer service. The two ladies were Georgia and Magda who I’m so grateful they helped me. I’d also like to shout out Roman for also helping with another query.
Aside from these 3, I’m sorry I didn’t get your names, but those that helped me at check in were also amazing answering my random questions.
Would I go back, absolutely.. .
