Nice, but a bit tired, in a great location with very good pub attached.. Location really good at top of Protara.
Good pub attached, with Octopus session IPA on draught.
Room layout was good, though everything a bit dated.. Bar across the road, Waves, had really awful, tuneless music blasting out every night until 0130am. Not really possible to sleep until that stopped.
Only one attempt was made to clean the room in the 4 days we were there, just as we were getting ready one morning. Wasn't cleaned later that day, or any other day we stayed.
Had a member of staff rudely rip the tip I was giving him out of my hand. Went to the bar to complain about this, but the guy misunderstood the complaint. He thought I was asking for the money back. He got a touch upset and threw the 4 euros and change at me, and told me to leave the premises. I told him I was staying at the hotel, to which he replied "I am the owner". Which obviously makes his attitude 10x worse. Anyway, no grudges held, perhaps he was just having a bad day..

A well run hotel, with nice staff who try hard to look after guests. The building lets it down sadly.. Welcoming staff, who were always available and responsive.

Although the hotel is old, they do have a lot of cleaning staff &
Reception so they do try to keep it as clean as possible.. For me it was too dated, the lift felt unsafe but being on the second floor I didn’t mind walking up.
Our room needed work done to bring it up to a basic standard. Although it was clear there was a high gaping hole around the door frame of the bathroom & you could see the brickwork between the rooms extending back. It was unsightly & inadequate. The worst thing was that when we came back late on the second night there was a hugh cockroach in the bathroom & one in the bedroom. I did tell reception as we left. They do spray the hotel bit of course during hot summer with gaping holes it is easy for them to get in..

Superb. Great location, right on top of the northern end of the strip, few minutes walk down to the beach. Room was clean, WiFi was stable, staff were polite and attentive. Would happily stay again if a cheap and cheerful place was needed.. .

Very enjoyable weekend break at tha Flora Hotel Appts which was very enjoyable.. This was a short two day break to Protaras for my wife’s birthday.
My only slight gripe was the mattresses on the beds.
I don’t know if they were new but they were very hard.
We had two breakfasts and one evening meal which were all delicious
A special shout out to all the staff who were all brilliant.
This was our second short stay at the Flora Hotel Appts and we will definitely be back later in the year.. .
