I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will certainly never return.. Breakfast was ok, wifi was ok. The pool and the landscape are nice but the pool is so dirty.. The room was filthy. The bathroom was even worse.
The staff were unhelpful. When I called the reception from my room to complain about the state of my room, I was met with laughter.Housekeeping barely made an effort to clean.
The noise levels were intolerable. The second night i stayed there, a family with a child came to the next room and a door separated us. we were awakened by them talking. I could hear every conversation, TV show, and argument from the neighboring room😭.

Even there was some parts what we didnt like in our stay at this hotel, overall we lived our vacation, we really enjoyed. We loved the pools and the beach facilities, the dinner was amazing every day seafood fish or shrimps or octopus. Breakfast was really good lot of variety for food, also i had vegetables/fruits for my baby. The beach is really nice at the hotel, we had a room with a pool which was simply amazing. Perfect location 20mins walk from Nissi beach, supermarket at the opposite side. The staff, Mustafa and in the restaurant everybody was really helpful with us, at the reception are some people who are really not in the mood to work/help. AC worked perfectly, we had everything in our room what we needed.. The pool, sunbeds, pillows in the restaurant are not cleaned at all, I could feel the sand in the pool, mold in the pillows. Also in our room we had a lot of ants, which were going to our baby’s bed unluckily. In our room i saw also mold in the wall and a weird smell in the closet. The common bathroom at the pool was in disgusting condition, I couldnt even use it..

Bad. . Not Up to 4-Star Standards – Dirty Room and Poor Facilities
I recently stayed at this hotel, expecting a 4-star experience, but I was very disappointed. The room was quite dirty, with ants everywhere, which made the stay uncomfortable. The bathroom was in poor condition, with water that wouldn’t drain properly. The floor also looked unclean, as if it hadn’t been mopped in a long time.To make matters worse, the main areas like the reception and breakfast didn’t have air conditioning, making them unbearably hot. Not a good experience and very very dirty hotel.This hotel does not live up to its 4-star rating, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others..
