. Overall the hotel is lovely, however the room we booked over looking the pool had plumbing issue. There was no water. So they gave us another room which had a carpark view! As it was late night when we checked in we took the room and asked to be changed in the morning but apparently they hadn’t been able to fix the plumbing and no other rooms were available! Even though the hotel seemed half empty. . .

. Otelin konumu harika havuzun ısıtmalı olması da bizim için çok güzel oldu personel ilgili güler yüzlü her konuda yardımcı oldular .Ailece çok sevdiğimiz bir tatil oldu .Kesinlikle tekrar gelmek isteyeceğimiz bir yer 💫. .

. Generally we had a lovely stay at Sundance. Check in was great, Nazan (I think that was her name) was lovely, and always went out of her way to help us. The WiFi initially didn’t connect and she reset the system. She bought us water everyday and clean towels when we needed them. The breakfast was served on the table as opposed to a buffet as we visited at the end of May (the season hadn’t started yet?). It was a lovely selection of Turkish cheese, breads, jams and eggs. We were there for 4 days - i wish there could have been a bit of variety with the breakfast but it was good nonetheless. There are just a few things that I want to mention. I found a small piece of glass on the floor (see picture). When I showed the lady on reception, she took the glass from me and put it in the bin - she wasn’t shocked and didn’t offer an apology. I thought this was strange. I have 2 small children and either one of them could have crawled/stood on the glass. Cleaning of the rooms happens every 2 days - the cleaners didn’t come on day 2 and we were told they just forgot (again strange as the hotel only had 4 other guests at the time). It was a shame that the spa and indoor pool weren’t open, there was a storm while we’re at the hotel and entertaining 2 children in a hotel room when we could have been using the indoor pool (as it’s advertised). The blinds do not keep the light out fyi. Also we paid for a pool view and didn’t get that, even though the hotel was not full. . .

Bence gayet iyiydi.. Bence fiyatına göre harika bir yer, mayıs ortası olduğu için spa , hamam açık değildi. Birde su kaydırakları yokmuş eskiden varmış. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve çalışkan. Geldiğimizde çocukların yatacağı yerler bile hazırlanmıştı.. .

Otel , konumu,ferahlığı,odaların konforu açısından mükemmeldi.Denize nazır suit bir odada kaldık.Isısı çok iyiydi.Sezon henüz açılmadığı için personel açıkları vardı,geç vakitte gittiğimiz için karşılayan olmadı ama çıkışta Hande Hanım bize herkonuda çok yardımcı oldu Kendisine teşekkür ederiz.. .
