Stressful. Great location and view. Coffee machine in room was not working. I asked for help and staff asked me to go to lobby and buy coffee.
It was new year eve, I asked for brunch at 11:30 am. They said it’s not available. It was not expected!
I asked for late check out until 2:00 pm staff said it’s until 1:00 pm only. But when I met duty manager upon check-out she said that she approved 2:00 pm late check out..
